Shipping within Australia

Shipping availability and charges depend on the product and delivery address. Selected products have free shipping within ACT. Products in our general shipping profile have a $70 Express rate to NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA, with a 1–4 business-day transit estimate. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout. If no rate is available for your product and address, contact us on 02 6228 1766 before ordering.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. No delivery-time estimate is currently published for the free ACT shipping option; contact us for details.

Shipping outside Australia

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 15 days after delivery if you wish to return an eligible regular-priced rug. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Sale items, gift cards and customised runners are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Contact us on 02 6228 1766 before sending a return so we can provide return instructions and the return address. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

If sending your return by courier, use tracking and keep proof of dispatch. Consider suitable transit insurance.

Consumer guarantees

This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty goods. The 15-day time limit, original-packaging requirement and sale-item exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns.
